Shipping Details: All our packages embark from our Medaka Farm, making their way to your doorstep with care. We entrust UPS Second Day Air or USPS Priority Mail for swift and reliable delivery.

Shipping Schedule: To prioritize the health of our fish, we ship orders exclusively on Mondays and Tuesdays. This practice avoids any risk of your finned friends lingering at the post office over the weekend, ensuring a safe and smooth journey to their new home.

Shipping Rates: Tailored to your order size, our shipping rates offer two tiers for small and large packages. Take advantage of our Standard/Express Shipping:

  • Orders under 1 lb ship for $7
  • Orders 1-3 lbs ship for $14
  • Orders 3.01-9+ lbs ship for $21

Tracking and Notifications: Stay in the loop! Tracking numbers are promptly sent to your email as soon as your order begins its journey from our farm to your aquarium.

PO Boxes and Handling Time: Please note, we do not ship live animals to PO Boxes. If a PO Box address is entered during checkout, we'll hold the order until we receive a physical address. Our typical handling time spans 1-9 business days, with occasional extensions during extreme weather conditions in summer and winter. Your understanding in these circumstances ensures the safety of our aquatic friends.

Restrictions and Guarantees: Regrettably, shipping to Hawaii and Puerto Rico isn't available due to government restrictions and the likelihood of delays. In the rare event of any issues with your shipment, please reach out to us. We're here to assist, ensuring your satisfaction.
